Presenting "Walking the Dog"

Even if you don't own a dog, this adorable pattern will make you want to go out and get one or at least inspire you to knit up an ensemble as a gift for a dog-loving friend! Walking the Dog is our newest pattern for Lanas Puras Melosa and was created by Vermont Designs by Shelagh especially for One Planet Yarn and Fiber. Shelagh Smith is an experienced knitter and spinner and has taught knitting classes at all levels for over 20 years. She wholesales and retails her own line of knitting patterns as well as designs for yarn companies. Her designs have also been featured in several magazines.


Walking the Dog is an intermediate level pattern and includes instructions on knitting up a medium sized dog coat for man's best friend along with a cozy matching hat and warm mittens for the dog's owner. You may purchase the pattern at One Planet Yarn and Fiber as a pattern download or as part of a yarn kit.
