Knitspot Design in a New Kit!! And More!

Happy New Year!

We are very excited to announce another gorgeous new knit kit, this time in our own luxurious Black Pearl Yarns DK weight cashmere. The pattern, called the Zig Zag Set, was designed by one of our favorite designers, Anne Hanson of Knitspot.com.

The pattern includes directions for fingerless mitts, a hat and a scarf. All the details of the knit kit can be seen on the product posting: HERE. We also have listed some less expensive alternative yarns for all of you including Artesano Alpaca, a soft and luxurious alpaca yarn! Email us with questions....

Here are some photos of this beautiful set:

We have an incredible new yarn in from Hand Maiden Yarns. It is called Casbah and it is a blend of merino with cashmere and just a touch of nylon. It comes with an adorable sock pattern called "Little Squares." These are very generous skeins and are absolutely gorgeous, very soft, with a nice spring and also machine washable! We also just received the Jo Sweater kit which is a gorgeous pull over from Perl Grey with Fleece Artist Big Blue (blue faced leicester yarn)

We have many new items coming in the next month or two. The shop will be closed on several days for some buying trips: January 7th, January 11th, 12th and 13th. So there might be a short delay in answering emails or getting your packages out, but it will be short! Those of you who order from us know how quickly we usually respond to your needs! We are headed to a yarn show and hopefully we will find some special new items.

We are having a contest this month involving our One Planet Knitters Group at Ravelry.com
If you are on our mailing list, you will see the details of the contest. It is very very easy and we hope you will participate to earn a free shipping certificate. For international customers, we will provide a $ 10.00 off shipping certificate to help with costs. Watch soon for the January newsletter..... Sign up for our mailing list if you are not yet on it!
