Introducing Pattern Designer Jane Richmond!

I am pleased to announce that a new pattern designer, Jane Richmond, has agreed to allow OPYF to sell her patterns.  There are 33 patterns currently available.

Here is what Jane has to say about herself-

My mother taught me to knit when I was 5 years old on a pair of wooden chopsticks and some scrap yarn. She bought me my first set of needles and I would make these tight little swatches. I must have lost interest eventually because as a teenager I had to relearn on a pair of metal grilling skewers. I haven’t been able to stop since.
Deciding on a pattern has always given me “knitter’s block”, leafing through hundreds of designs at my LYS would always inspire ideas but ultimately I could never decide. This, along with my incredibly nerdy love of math, is why I design my own patterns.
My needles and I reside on Vancouver Island along with my darling husband, beautiful daughter, and lovable lap-cat Magoo.

Happy Knitting!
Regards,
Karen
