This past week, one of my dogs, Ranger, was quite ill. He actually had symptoms for a while before, but all blood test were negative. I took him in to the vet's on Monday and by Wednesday we decided to let our vet do exploratory surgery as a last ditch effort to save him without spending thousands for ultrasounds, xrays and specialists.
It turned out that when Ranger was neutered before we rescued him the person that performed the surgery was not thorough and had left behind a testicle inside. It had turned cancerous and grown quite a bit.
Well, Ranger survived the surgery and we just brought him home. He has to stay in his crate for a week so he can heal properly. My family is all very grateful that he was able to do this today as we really thought he would have to be put to sleep. If he survives this week of recovery, he will be considered 100% cured.
Regards,
Karen

He's a beautiful member of your family!
Thank you.
Oh Lord, I am so happy for you that he will continue to be part of your family! I wish the original surgeon could know what has happened!!! And I am so glad that you have someone now who is taking the time for your boy!
