What is Tour de Fleece? It comprises groups of spinners from all around the globe that spin on wheel or drop spindles during the Tour de France. Prizes are awarded in various categories at the end of the race. I am a member of Team Superfleece. Team Superfleece is sponsored by Spirit Trail Fiberworks on Ravelry.
The Tour de Fleece will start on July 1st and end on July 24th, the same as the bike race.
One Planet yarn and Fiber will be donating to the prizes to be presented at the end of this event. Details will be available from Spirit Trail Fiberworks as we get closer to the starting gun. There are some very familiar names in this group. Go take a look and see.
