Thank You For Sharing Your Work!

Thanks for sending in pictures of what you are working on!  I am sharing one of them here. A lovely customer finished her Cedar Leaf Shawlette from Never Not Knitting.

I also needed a quick knit again.  I need to work on some small projects that I can finish fast so I can go back to things that take me longer to do.  So I knit another fun scarf using Eros yarn from The Fiber Factory.

I'm still working on my c2knits Eva pattern.  I am knitting up the second sleeve and it's coming along nicely.  Also, still on the needles, 2 pairs of socks, a sweater and a pair of hand warmers I need to seam up.

I also have a pattern on the needles that I am hoping to show you eventually.  I'm designing my first pattern!  Wish me luck.

Karen

Good luck on your pattern designing, Karen. Are you working from a beautiful vision in your head, trying to work out the details?

Love the border on the Cedar Leaf shawlette. I looked up the pattern on Ravelry, and can't believe the variations in yarns and colors and shawls! How do you think it would look in the Shepherd's Wool? I love working with that yarn, and will be ordering some soon.

hold that last thought! I just looked at the pattern again, and saw that it was DK, not worsted - what was I thinking? Back to drooling over the yarns.

Thanks Krista. I am working from a vision in my head. I just need to have some undivided time to work on it. Once the house hunting is over it should help.

Krista,
There are some great dk yarns here. Maybe the dk alpaca from Artesano? It would be pretty warm. What part of the country are you in again?

Hi Karen,
I am in Vermont, and thinking the Artesano Hummingbird Kingfisher would be fun to try. Will send in my order next payday. Thank you!

Hi Krista,

Did you look at the free Artesano patterns that I added to the store last week? Some of them use Hummingbird.
